We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Blaine Labs. Please review our policy below:

Returns/Replacements

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of product receipt.
  • Replacements must be requested within 14 days of product receipt. Photo evidence supporting the replacement request is required.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to FDA compliance and topical medical products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once a refund is requested, Blaine Labs will create and send a call tag to retrieve your product.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Expired products, promotional products, and opened/tampered with products.
